These courses are primarily aimed at enhancing our legal writing skills and becoming better equipped in the drafting of all legal documents. We are very passionate, well equipped and skilled to perform exceptionally well in any area listed under our services either with our Associates and/or Panel of Legal Advisors. These services are primarily provided to companies on either an Ad hoc or Retainer basis. We however also advise and assist Individuals. Commercial Entities and Trade Unions on all mediation matters. We have a Panel of Professionals albeit Attorneys, Advocates on standby to advise you. Our fees are reasonable and we do travel if we do not have and Associate within your area. The Service Model and Value System of our Company:- South African Mediation Services service model is firmly relationship driven and based on establishing and nurturing strong business partnerships with its clients which allows it to better understand the business and operations of its clients. A Service delivery of any projects of the Company is customised to meet the specific needs and requirements of the clients to ensure optimal satisfaction of the client in all commercial and civil aspects. Mediation Rule 41A of the High Court. With effect from 9 March 2020, a new Rule 41A has been incorporated in the High Court Rules. This new rule requires parties to a dispute (both actions and applications) to initiate potential mediation from the beginning.
